ECO Material
Changda adheres to the concept of environmental protection, health and legal sustainable development.Using planting tree logs with felling license as plywood veneer raw material. Supporting sustainable development of timber, environmentally friendly.
Material Supply
Sufficient and constant raw materials supply chain with suitable quality and grade, either imported or purchased domestically, mature logistics and transportation secure smooth production and operation of our factory.
Mechanical Equipment
The factory is well equipped with 9 core-builders, 5 glue spreaders, 18 cold presses, 9 hot presses, 3 double sizers and etc., which is sufficient to achieve a monthly production capacity of 10,000 cubic meters and the container loading capacity of 250 containers(40ft) per month.
Laboratory Testing
Conduct Japanese JAS certification system as factory standardization management. Own laboratory secures the quality control for each batch of cargo. Moisture Content, Formaldehyde Emission, Bonding Strength, Water Proof Delamination, and Bending Strength, etc. are tested subject to the relevant technical requirements.
Visual Inspection
Besides Lab Testing, we also conduct visual inspection for each batch of cargo to check thickness, width, length, diagonal, face and back appearance etc. to ensure cargo can meet quality requirements of its grade.
Logistics Transportation
Various international trade terms, for instance, FOB, CNF, CIF, LCL etc. are acceptable. Qualified cargoes are well packed as per customers' demand, stack up neatly in ware house, ready-for loading.All containers or trucks will be routine checked before and after loading to make sure cargoes are well protected under transportation.
